Good Food, Good Feeling
SKYR is a Scandinavian-inspired counter in the heart of The Forks Market, built around Icelandic yogurt cultured on site from local milk. Danish smørrebrød, grain bowls and cold-pressed juices fill out a menu that does a lot with a little. The brand had to work the same way, so we kept it simple and let the ingredients do the talking.
